The Hotelier Entrepreneur:
Hospitality, Finance & AI
From Check-In to CEOs, participants will become a week of young entrepreneurs, learning about foundational finance skills and mindset in the context of hotel business.
Participants will embark on a one-day site visit to the Fullerton Hotel to witness hospitality in action, exploring how heritage meets AI innovation. In this hands-on simulation, participants will explore finance as the primary tool for mastering hotel management. They will analyze real operations, master revenue management, and use financial data to drive profitability.
The week culminates in a high-stakes pitch: the participants will present a business strategy to a panel of industry judges, promoting their vision for a high performance and iconic hotel.
